Safeco Special and E.P. Proplex: a safe working environment

Polyplastic is a supplier to the caravan and camper industry. For over 50 years, they have provided various solutions for leisure vehicle manufacturers, ranging from windows to sunroofs and hatches. Polyplastic is highly focused on continuously improving the organization and wanted to start using safe products for their employees. Jorn Haverkamp and Martin Isarin, responsible for Research and Testing, have been working with our ecological cleaning solutions.

A volatile degreaser

The screen frames were previously cleaned (both intermediate and final cleaning) with a thinner-like solvent. For intermediate cleaning, the ecological Safeco Special was recommended because it needed to be slightly more volatile to allow for quick resumption of production.

A hazard symbol-free graffiti remover

For the critical final cleaning in the wash bay, the choice fell on E.P. Proplex. This graffiti remover not only offers a high flash point but is also completely free of hazard symbols. It sets a new standard for safety and environmental consciousness. Additionally, both cleaners are fully biodegradable, which aligns perfectly with Polyplastic’s commitment to sustainability.
