Raileco 105NF is specially developed for rail guided vehicles to remove dirt from carriages. Due to the foaming character Raileco 105NF is easy to apply. With a small value you can clean a large area and foam also prolongs the contact time. An optimal result will be achieved due to the combination of foam, solvency booster and metal complexing agents.

Sustainable solution

Raileco 105NF is a powerful, concentrated degreaser, for places where metros, trams, busses and trains will be cleaned either manually or with foam equipment. Besides a good cleaning result corrosion will be prevented without the use of NTA or hydrofluoric acid or other aggressive acids. Raileco 105NF is especially developed to achieve that “new look” for the carriages but Raileco
105NF is also suitable for periodical cleaning (monthly/ weekly/ daily).

Solution areas

Mainly, in urban areas trains, trams, buses and metros get polluted by atmospheric staining pollution. Besides the atmospheric pollution metal parts like copper and iron often cause a soiled look. These particles emitted due to mechanical wearing of rails, power cables, pantographs and brakes etc. Often, products will be used based on harmful substances as NTA or hydrofluoric acid. Acetous cleaners often lead to corrosion, particularly if they are not rinsed (off) properly.
