We are excited to inform you that as per 21 May 2024, the Eco-Point Group has been acquired by DST-CHEMICALS A/S.

DST-CHEMICALS is a leading Danish manufacturer and distributor of eco-friendly specialty industrial chemicals. This new constellation will ensure you as our partner a continued high-level service and product supply within ecological industrial cleaning and maintenance. Eco-Point and DST-CHEMICALS share views on how to make great working products with an environmentally sound approach and our combined base and know how will help to reach our sustainable and development goals even faster.

Our day-to-day cooperation with you will not change. The same high-level support from the people that you already know, will remain the same. Our cooperation with DST-CHEMICALS will soon provide us the opportunity to offer a wider range of products and solutions that might be interesting for you, so stay tuned.

With this transaction, founder and current CEO of Eco-Point, Ferry Samuels will hand over his responsibilities to Gaius Voûte. Gaius has worked for Eco-Point from 2021 – 2023 as Marketing – & Organisational Manager. Ferry’s expertise and knowledge will continue to play a crucial role as an advisor to the company.
