Cleaning challenges

On these pages we highlight some of the most common problems regarding cleaning and maintenance. Each problem has its own characteristics, causes, drawbacks and solutions. Adhesive residue remover

Removing adhesive residues is a job that is often done in the packaging industry, construction and interior design, the furniture industry, cardboard industry and automotive industry.

Construction adhesive removal

Assembly sealant is used to permanently fasten two or more parts together. Assembly sealant does not fall under the category of sealant, but under the category of adhesive. The confusion between glues and sealants sometimes arises because, in addition to being supplied in tubes and bottles, many glues also come in caulking gun cartridges. These are familiar from sealants. Construction adhesive is therefore a separate product group.

Degreasing

Degreasing means removing contaminants consisting of oil, grease and loose dirt. Degreasing is necessary to clean dirty machine parts. Degreasing is used in almost every sector.

Stainless steel cleaning

The name stainless steel (inox) is not entirely accurate, because stainless steel certainly can rust. Stainless steel has a restorative capacity and a protective layer that can regenerate, but under certain circumstances rust spots may still appear.

Algae removal

Almost everyone has problems with this in the garden and perhaps on the patio too: moss and algae. But what exactly is it, and how do you remove it?

Ultrasonic cleaner

With ultrasonic cleaning, small vacuum bubbles (cavitation) are created in a liquid by ultrasonic waves. When they implode, energy is released that removes dirt from immersed pieces.

Eco aceton

When removing paints, lacquers or coatings, aggressive, highly volatile and environmentally harmful products are often used. Read about our products here.

Eco thinner

Now there is a safe way to clean 1k or 2k epoxy and paint pumps including the associated spray equipment. The product can be used in the same way as your current thinner and other cleaning agents, which makes it a great alternative to thinner.

Biodegradable resin removal

A synthetic resin is a substance that has the same characteristics as a natural resin: it is pourable, soft but bonds well.

Professional cleaning

Professional cleaning (also called industrial cleaning) is distinct from domestic cleaning.

Limescale removal

If there is a lot of lime in the water, it is called hard water. These lime particles are very small and invisible to the naked eye. When hard water heats up and dries out, calcium and magnesium carbonate (limescale) are deposited on surfaces and become visible.

Ethanol substitute

Ethanol alcohol is a disinfectant and a volatile substance. This means it evaporates quickly. It is also highly flammable. Due to its high evaporation rate and grease-dissolving ability, ethanol is still widely used as a solvent in paints, lacquers, adhesives and in cleaning and degreasing agents.

Wheel cleaner

Aside from atmospheric pollution, metal particles such as copper and iron create a contaminated appearance. These particles are released by friction over the rails, power cables, pantographs, brakes, etc.

Disinfectants

In the time of an epidemic, it is important to pay extra attention to clean contact surfaces. These are the critical points where pathogens are most often transmitted.

Brake cleaner

Brake cleaner is a very powerful cleaner and degreaser for removing dirt, grease, oil and brake fluid from car parts.
